This clinic is ideal for the experienced Chi Running / Chi Walkers and the novice.

- are essential components to restore or sustain your running/walking practice

Reviewing:
- Principles of Tai Chi applied to distance running/walking
- Identify and create your customized perfect running/walking posture
- Pre-run Body Looseners & Tai Chi mobility movements inclusive of Core (Dantien) Strengtheners
- Create forward motion from your Dantien
- Learn an efficient/productive arm swing
New material:
- Gears, Stride Length, Cadence and Drills along the Central Park NYC Marathon Course. (ideal for those training for the race.)
- Oxygen Advantage© and Box-breathing technique training
Class will be limited to 12 participants to allow for individual instruction.

COVID19 Protocol: The instructor and participants will be required to follow the current recommendations on the date of the workshop. The instructor will contact the participants with the most current recommendations prior to the workshop.
Notes to participants: We will be outdoors, so please bring appropriate clothing (layers). Feel free to bring water and a light snack.
Cancellation Policy:
If you you’re unable to make the event for any reason, email us at runhabx@JoeFitnessWorld.com
You will get a credit good for one year from the event date. (exp 9/25/23) minus a $35 administrative fee. Credits can be applied to a future workshop or private training/coaching sessions.
The Instructor reserves the right to cancel/reschedule the workshop, in which case you will receive a full refund.
